Chandel Strickland is a licensed investment and insurance advisor and the owner of Quest Financial Group, where she specializes in holistic financial planning rooted in faith and values. A University of Houston–Downtown finance graduate, Chandel transitioned from a successful career in oil and gas to serving high-performing women and their families. She is a Thrivent Texas Board Member and a multi-year Top Financial Advisor award recipient. Chandel resides in Houston with her husband, Kelvin Ordon, and their four children.

Brenda Cox Harkins is Founder & President of Harkins Leadership Group and creator of the Loud Is Not A Language® thought framework and communication model. She is an author, speaker, coach, mediator, and minister.

Brenda works with faith-focused leaders helping them turn conflicts into connections so that their influence has greater impact and every encounter is a bridge to success.

Her passion for mining the gold in people is shared with her love for family, faith,

friends, good coffee and west Texas sunsets... not necessarily in that order. 😉

Dr. Landon Galloway serves as a pastor at Grace Church in Houston, Texas, and is the director of Destiny Leadership Institute, a two-year ministry training program designed to help local churches raise up and equip leaders within the context of their own communities.

Landon’s academic work focuses on the rhetorical and literary features of the New Testament, particularly the narrative theology of Luke–Acts.

He holds degrees from Mississippi State University, Oral Roberts University, and Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he completed his PhD with a dissertation titled Rhetorical Characterization in the New Testament.

In addition to pastoring and teaching, Landon works with pastors and church leaders around the world, helping them cultivate biblically grounded, Spirit-led leadership in their ministries.

Landon and his wife, Sarada, live in the Houston area and are the proud parents of two daughters, Vanna and Zarra.
