Kimberly DiStefano is back as our MC this year! Kim is a Leadership Transformation Strategist, Founder and CEO of Yarah Group, and a woman grounded in purpose and calling. Anchored in the truth that “in Him we live, move, and have our being,” her work reflects a deep commitment to helping leaders become who they are called to be—first internally, then externally.

Blending professional expertise with spiritual insight, Kimberly empowers leaders to walk in alignment, lead with integrity, and build lives and organizations that reflect both excellence and purpose.

MAIN SESSION (AFTERNOON)

Chandel Strickland is a licensed investment and insurance advisor and the owner of Quest Financial Group, where she specializes in holistic financial planning rooted in faith and values. A University of Houston–Downtown finance graduate, Chandel transitioned from a successful career in oil and gas to serving high-performing women and their families. She is a Thrivent Texas Board Member and a multi-year Top Financial Advisor award recipient. Chandel resides in Houston with her husband, Kelvin Ordon, and their four children.

Brenda Cox Harkins is Founder & President of Harkins Leadership Group and creator of the Loud Is Not A Language® thought framework and communication model. She is an author, speaker, coach, mediator, and minister.

Brenda works with faith-focused leaders helping them turn conflicts into connections so that their influence has greater impact and every encounter is a bridge to success.

Her passion for mining the gold in people is shared with her love for family, faith,

friends, good coffee and west Texas sunsets... not necessarily in that order. 😉

Dr. Landon Galloway serves as a pastor at Grace Church in Houston, Texas, and is the director of Destiny Leadership Institute, a two-year ministry training program designed to help local churches raise up and equip leaders within the context of their own communities.

Landon’s academic work focuses on the rhetorical and literary features of the New Testament, particularly the narrative theology of Luke–Acts.

He holds degrees from Mississippi State University, Oral Roberts University, and Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he completed his PhD with a dissertation titled Rhetorical Characterization in the New Testament.

In addition to pastoring and teaching, Landon works with pastors and church leaders around the world, helping them cultivate biblically grounded, Spirit-led leadership in their ministries.

Landon and his wife, Sarada, live in the Houston area and are the proud parents of two daughters, Vanna and Zarra.

Pastor James Green is the lead pastor of CLC Church in Houston, Texas and a passionate communicator of God’s Word. With more than two decades of pastoral leadership, James is known for teaching Scripture with clarity, warmth, and practical application. His messages combine biblical truth, relatable storytelling, and spiritual insight that help people grow deeper in their faith and experience the transforming work of the Holy Spirit.

Adrian D. Jack is a faith-driven leader, speaker, and mentor with over a decade of experience equipping men and couples to build strong, Christ-centered foundations. As Co-Leader of In His Image Marriage Trailblazers alongside his wife Eileen, Adrian is passionate about helping people grow in alignment, accountability, and purpose.

Known for his direct, transparent, and Spirit-led approach, Adrian challenges men to break unhealthy patterns, strengthen their communication, and lead with clarity in their relationships and lives. Drawing from over 19 years of marriage and leadership experience, he brings both conviction and compassion to every space he enters.

While his foundation is rooted in marriage ministry, Adrian’s message extends beyond—calling men to take ownership of their role, lead with intention, and build lives grounded in faith, unity, and responsibility.

Alfred Nwagbo, known as “Alfred the Trainer,” is a performance coach and founder of Torch Lifestyle Health and Wellness, helping men build strength, discipline, and alignment from a Kingdom perspective.

With a background as a collegiate athlete at the University of Miami and over two decades of athletic experience, Alfred understands firsthand the connection between physical capacity and leadership.

After a life-altering car accident shifted his path, he developed a deep passion for the human body, rehabilitation, and sustainable strength.

Alfred teaches that physical health is not separate from purpose—it is foundational to it. When a man lacks structure, energy, and discipline in his body, it impacts how he leads in every area of life.

Through his work, he equips men to steward their bodies well, develop consistency, and eliminate self-sabotage—so they can show up with clarity, strength, and intention in their calling, leadership, and daily lives.

Dr. Tamara Beckford is a board-certified physician, best-selling author, international speaker, and the visionary behind Truly Balanced Wellness Care. She helps high-achieving women maintain their competitive edge throughout perimenopause and menopause, so they remain as powerful and high-performing as the empires, they’ve built.

Dr. Beckford has been featured in Fox 26 multiple times, Forbes, Yahoo Finance, Voyage Houston, LinkedIn News, Rolling Out Magazine, and Kevin MD.
