Why This Series Exists
The data is not okay.
​
Recent research shows that Gen Z is less confident using AI than older generations. Not because they lack ability—but because they’re entering workplaces where AI feels evaluative instead of enabling, leadership expectations are unclear, and support is inconsistent.
​
I’m not willing to read that data and do nothing.
​
As a senior leader, I will not sit back and watch AI—or poor leadership practices—bully the next generation of leaders into doubt, hesitation, or silence.
