• Be introduced to key leadership language and characteristics
• Learn the art of goal creation
• Learn to identify barriers and how to transform them into solutions
• Discover how to transition purpose into a plan
• Create 30-60-90 day plan with practical steps and timelines
• Learn prioritization and best way to stay on task
• Define roles and value of an effective team
• Clarify Brand and how to protect it
Cancellation Policy
All registrations are non-refundable. Registrants can opt to credit their registration toward a future course. Exceptions for refunds will only be made on a case-by-case basis.
CLASS CANCELLATION:
If a course is cancelled due to instructor emergency – registrants will be notified by email .
To allow for the best training experience for everyone, no children, friends nor family members are allowed to come to the training sessions. Only registered participants will be permitted. This includes Zoom participants.
